Can I use Tonner Doll Images for my retail website?
We allow use of our copyrighted images, trademarks and text
exclusively for our retailers to use in selling print advertising, their own
websites (but not eBay Stores - see next sentence) and in-store promotional
needs PROVIDED THAT, the retailer website references our trademarks and
copyrights (and those of our licensors) accordingly. We do not allow use
of our copyrighted images, trademarks and text for any online auctions (this
includes any form of image reference, such as imbedding the image in the auction
or creating a hyper link back to another web address where our image is
located).
How do I get Robert Tonner to my store for a signing?
It really is as simple as asking! However,
Robert's schedule is frequently booked well in advance and all appearance
requests must be reviewed and approved at the company. Robert does try to
accommodate as many requests as he can, and sometimes can combine store signings
with other events while traveling. The best thing to do is to ask first...and
let us see how we may help you.
How can I find
out what is shipping and when?
We make every attempt to keep our website
shipping schedule page updated for both retailers and collectors.
Click here for the shipping page...and it's dated so you know when the
latest update has been posted. Otherwise, we do send out periodic notices to
retailers provided we have your current email on file - these notices advise of
breaking news, delays in shipping, and other useful information.
Can I get extra
catalogs for my customers?
Since mid-2004, we reserve Tonner Company catalogs for retailers and
collector club members only. We will not be providing the catalog at
special events or signings. However, we do produce a complete collection
brochure (which is included in most Tonner product boxes)...this can be ordered
for your customers, events, etc.
