How is a doll made?
From sculpting the character to creating the clothes and accessories, a multi-talented team of artisans participate in every step to make one Tonner Doll.  In order to answer this question...it would be best to show you!  Watch our 'What's New' Page for a new website feature on the making of a Tonner Doll...coming soon!

What does Robert collect?
Robert Tonner has a vast and interesting collection of modern fashion dolls, particularly the 1950's 'Glamour Girls', Artist Dolls, and mass marketed toy dolls of the 50s and 60s.  As a doll maker, he strives to make what he enjoys to collect!

Who does your photography?
Since the beginning of Tonner Doll Company in 1991, Robert Tonner has worked with the talented eye of Robert Hansen-Sturm of Storm Photo, Kingston, NY.  You can visit Storm's website at www.stormphotoinc.com.

Does Robert have a favorite doll?
Good question...but Robert likes to think that it's like picking a favorite child!

Does Tonner Doll Company make any materials available for Club Presentations or Educational Purposes?
