Luna uses the Isabel/Samantha head sculpt from the BEWITCHED Collection and the Tyler-style bending wrist (BW Style) body. The Little Martians use the Santa’s Elves head sculpt and the 8” Betsy McCall body. Luna's & The Little Martians' skin tones are not partial to certain parts of the head/body - the entire head & body is all the same color. Please note changing skin tones is part of the fictional storyline; doll skin tones do not actually change color.
